PURCHASES
Under no circumstances do we acknowledge a purchase contract until you have received an order confirmation and an item dispatch email from us. The order confirmation email verifies that you have made an offer to purchase goods from our website. If we discover any errors in your order then we will notify you ASAP via email.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
We will never dispatch an order until it has been paid for in full. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost in full. Payment will be collected through our chosen payment provider. Purchases made through the Zinda Foods UK website are non-transferable. All prices found on this website include taxes at the current UK rate. We reserve the right to change the price of any product(s) at any time, without prior notice.
GENERAL
When you make a purchase or enquiry through our website, we will ask you to provide us with a valid email address. By giving us your email address, you certify that this address is unique and that it may be used as a means of communication with you. You also agree that any email correspondence constitutes notice in writing, thereby satisfying any relevant legal requirements. We will not be held responsible for any emails that do not reach your inbox because they went into your junk/spam folder, so please be sure to check any and all such folders on a regular basis.
When registering an account with Zinda Foods UK or providing personal details during a purchase, you certify that the details provided are correct and up-to-date. Remember, it is against the law to provide false details when making a purchase online.
Our website gives customers the option to leave reviews and ratings. All reviews will be moderated and approved before being published. By submitting a product review, you certify that we may subsequently use that review and/or rating in any way we see fit. You also undertake to indemnify us against any claim or action that arises directly or indirectly as a result of your review. We reserve the right to change or delete your review(s) without notice.
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order to your door within 2 working days from date of dispatch. However, we cannot accept liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale – neither can we guarantee delivery on a particular day. Should we not be able to deliver within the timescale above, we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund.
All UK deliveries are delivered via Royal Mail 48h tracked post.
Standard Delivery Charge of £3.99 per 2kg shall be applied on shipping weight on all orders.
As ever, we always aim to do what we’ve promised and endeavour not to let you down. If mistakes happen we always put them right as soon as possible. We cannot however take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail outside of our control including industrial action, unexpected force majeure and subsequent disruption to the service.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept the cancellation.
Faulty products: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund up to 30 days from receipt. If possible, please advise us of any problems within 7 working days of receipt so we can put things right as soon as we can. Subject to inspection and acceptance by us, we will refund or provide a replacement as applicable.
We’re afraid we cannot refund the cost of postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us, nor refund the original cost of delivery, unless of course we agree that you have received damaged or faulty goods.
Non-faulty products: We’re unable to refund non-faulty products. If you are dissatisfied with the product we do not accept returns nor do we offer refunds.
