It&#8217;s a journey that most people wanting to go big will be interested in.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7d3f014 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7d3f014\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-eb9b92a\" data-id=\"eb9b92a\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-013a632 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"013a632\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>How did she find scaling up for their orders? &#8220;First I had to make a decision as to whether we would manufacture ourselves or let another factory take\u00a0 over.\u00a0The soft option was to get a sandwich manufacturer to make the fillings and put them in our base. But I would have lost control of all of the ingredients that went into it.\u00a0 I wanted to streamline the systems myself.\u00a0 When I started with the convenience stores I was making about 10 cases of each flavour of wrap a day, but I had to scale up to producing 30 to 40 cases a day of each flavour with the first Tesco order. Then orders doubled within two weeks and trebled shortly after that.&#8221;<\/p><p>Ingredients are extremely important to Anishya who explains her position on trans fats, palm oil and additives and preservatives. &#8220;I don\u2019t think it\u2019s normal for a tortilla to have a 6 to 12 month shelf life.
